14' Suncruiser 38Q. Sumo springs, will they handle rear axle hang w/on jacks or srvc

Getting '14 Suncruiser in a few weeks. Going to install Sumo spring front and rear. Will the rears handle the rear axle drop when on jacks and the rear tires coming off the ground some times? Sumo guy thought they would, but not sure? Also doing the CHF on front and rear sway bar links. Open to suggestions.Sounds like they make a huge difference.
