Sway while flat towing CRV with Via

My Via is new. When hooked up (blue ox) to the CRV I am getting way too much sway. When transferring the blue ox from my Forza to the Via, the dealer added a drop hitch to level the rigs. Went back to dealer with issue on sway and was told Via was too short to pull CRV without sway, which seems ridiculous. However what I know about towing could be put in a very small box.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

We've got a 32K Vista and got a lot of sway until I installed a rear track bar. BEST thing we did for the handling of the coach.

Can you move your tow bar side to side and/or up and down in the receiver? BlueOx make clamps that you can install to prevent this from happening. If you have a drop receiver, you will need two - one for each receiver.
