A/C filters & water quick connect

I own a 2014 Itasca Ellipse 42QD. I have been looking for the a/c filters so I can change/clean them but haven’t been able to locate them. Can someone give me a clue as to where they might be hidden?

Also, in the outdoor frig area there is a non-potable water outlet that requires a make quick connect that did not come with the coach (I bought it used). I wouls appreciate a source and maybe even a part number so I can get one. I’ve attached a pic of the water outlet.
