Acces to area above the dashboard

I have water dripping out of the area above the dashboard. My 2008 sightseer has a tv and two cabinets up there. I was hoping to be able to pull off a panel and get a look in there to see where the water is coming from. It’s not much water but it’s a leak.

Inside the cabinets are two philips screws but they don’t allow me to pull the panel out.

On the outside I have a mood lighting strip and there are a few torn screws holding the panel on. I was going to try taking them out next but thought I’d ask here first.

I revealed the front cap when I got the rv a few years ago. I also pulled the top rubber window seal off on one corner and it appears there may be gaps in the black rubber windshield material but I find that unlikely. I pulled one clearance light and it looked good but …..

My research here is overwhelming in leak areas/postings.

So I’d like to get in to take a look before attacking the front with a caulking gun. Any advice on getting in there.

Thanks

I answered in detail in your other very similar thread:

When I had leaks from there, they all came from the side of the RV - where the front cap bends back over the sides and meets the body. Another common leak point is the caulking between the front cap and roof.
