My 2016 Sunstar LX automatic transfer switch chatters when I first plug into shore power. It will stop when a load is put on it, like the HW heater, and also stops after some time goes by. I pulled the cover and noticed that the neutral wire (white) going into one of the relays is a little discolored like it got hot at some point. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Sounds like one of the relays got cooked and needs attention. If you still have warranty left have the dealer take care of it before the warranty runs out.

Try connecting to the post after turning off electric HW heater, A/C and electric heat (if any). We've seen this 'chattering' when a generator is started up on a coach not plugged in to shore power when major AC power circuits are on.
Likely causes can be sensitivity of transfer switch and power management system. Do continue to check for toasted wires / connections.

Update - I think I found the source of the problem, the ultrasonic mouse repellers! I was still getting some chattering from the switch, until I unplugged the four ultrasonic mouse repellers and the chattering stopped. I assume they were putting something on the AC line in the coach that the circuitry in the switch didn't like. So those things are going into the electronic recycling bin.
