bedroom window

my BIL has a 99 adventurer and the bedroom windows have a different crank out system and it appears to be stripped. Has anyone ever replaced these parts and/or have any idea when they can be gotten from? If not will have to seal closed as they flap open when traveling or when its windy out when parked.

TIA Hank

And here i was ready to discuss the dynamics of a window crank,, complete with references and calculations on the operating system. And then you fixed it yourself. Seriously glad you were able to repair it.
