Coach Door Hard Closing 2017 VistaLX 27N

So sometimes our coach door rattles and we know it popped loose a little. We have to really pull hard and hold to make it close. Even from outside we have to push and hold. We get one chance or it won’t stay closed all the way. Is this a line issue or a latch issue or even a Ted issue. lol. In the berkshires today enjoying a harvest host at catamount outdoor adventure park. It’s a ski lace in winter.
