Not sure in the ‘94 Brave, but in our ‘99 Brave 29SE it is laminated plywood and styrofoam. Top layer is decent plywood. We pulled all of the carpet and sheet vinyl and replaced with deluxe vinyl tiles. The tiles are self adhesive but it was recommended that we use a thin set glue adhesive applied to the plywood first. Looks great but the seams have all separated by about a 64th inch. Not a big issue but I would rather they have stayed butted up to each other. At least the small gaps are all consistent across the floor. Really improved the look of the rig. Some of the plumbing runs in the styrofoam middle layer so be careful if you screw or nail into the floor. WB has diagrams showing the routing and they’ve proven to be fairly accurate to the actual build.
