Funny noise when starting up. Hydraulic pump?

Over the last few trips I have had a strange sound, its only happened three times, when I start the engine. It sounds like the hydraulic jacks pump is running a bit. The sound isn't quite like the pump running but a wining sound. It sounds like its coming from under the drivers seat or the left side front.

I know this is a far fetched attempt at solving a problem but its so odd that I thought I would post it and see if its come up before.

I'm planning on having my wife startup when I can while I am outside listening.

any other suggestions?
