The make and model is required to receive intelligent answers.

The problem seems to be the Chalet seems to be a bit different than most Winnebago models. It is not listed in much of the info we find online like wiring and plumbing drawings but it is listed at other sites as being one model for class A and another for class C!
So we don't know what you have?
But if we did, the info online is very lacking.
Perhaps the Chalet was built as a special purpose RV for the rental market?

But there is a different way we might find info! Many of the parts of an RV are bought by Winnebago to add to the RV as they build it. That means that we often have to go to the folks who built the different parts to find how they should work. We can't always say we want to fix an RV furnace as there are lots of different furnaces models.

Did you get a bag of info with the RV ? That may have a small booklet to start looking for the right ideas?

There are some things that seem to be common on most RV, that we might begin to look at the problem. One is how to find which furnace if you don't have that info on hand. There should be a label on the furnace, often inside the outer door and it should give you the brand and model of furnace. But it might also be on the inside, so some looking may be needed?

Some questions may get the discussion started.
Do you know how this furnace worked before failing or is it new to you?
I normally expect the blower to come on and run for a bit before anything else happens.
If this is what normally happened and now the blower doesn't start, the fire and the rest will not happens.
This is the normal safety method to keep gas from filling the RV and explode if the blower is not moving air!
If you can give the brand and model of furnace, we can try to find drawings to show where to test the wiring on the furnace as that may not be right!

Make and model of the A/C and furnace, the RV make and model is immaterial to the question.
