Hands-free Mic 2022 Adventurer 29B

just purchased a 2022 Winnebago adventurer 29B. I have synced my phone to the Sonny display unit. I can make calls but cannot get the mice to work to reply to the caller. Apart from removing the dash to trace wires is there any trick to getting this mic to work.

Thanks

I had this same problem on my 2017 Adventurer when I bought it new in 2017. It took me awhile to figure out that folks could not hear me.

I wish I could tell you there was a simple solution but the microphone was not plugged into the back of my infotainment system.

I made a preemptive service appointment at the factory right after I bought the RV for 6-mos in advance. So, we drove 1700 miles to Iowa in May 2018. I had put this issue on my list of warranty work and they fixed it for me.

I should add that the infotainment system in your 2022 is most likely completely different than the Xite system in my older Coach.

You might try taking your RV to an Auto Sound system installer and let them deal with the issue. This should be right up their alley.

A great help to find things? Even things we can't reach!

We can turn it all around and search for all the different systems, this being in the electrical group.
Click these snips for better view. Also verify that I'm looking at the correct radio but there appears to be a mic connection noted on the drawings. Those drawings do tend to be very close and very detailed an many things like this, so maybe a plug that has come loose?

Now, can you get the radio out or get your arm in??
