hydraulic jacks not working

My jacks are not working.The slides worked. The touch pad comes on, but when I push any arrow to level, all I get is the solenoid clicking.
I had the dash up to change a fuse for another problem earlier today. So I figured maybe a wiring harness got pulled loose. I pushed on all three with no luck.
Anyone have an idea.

I know there has been a lot of posts about HWH here... But, if I were you I would give HWH a call, they can walk you through the troubleshooting process... Very, very helpful

Good to hear HWH is helpful. I`m going to give them a call next week.

Just want to let everyone know my problem was the solenoid on the pump motor. I call HWH and the person was very helpful and took all the time I needed to trace the wires. The part was sent right away and I`ve installed it today.
