Itasca Meridian Coach battery help

I thought I had taken enough photos of my coach battery wiring - I did not. Now I am not sure how to reconnect the new batteries. I have not been able to find wiring diagram.

Can anyone help?

Could you please tell us the year and model number (floor plan designation)?

Can’t do much without specific information.

I’m assuming you mean the house battery bank and not the chassis batteries:

Here’s a link to your RV’s wiring diagrams:

https://www.winnebago.com/Files/File...ram/Wiring.htm

And here is a screenshot of the the house battery bank wiring layout from the 12v body diagram:

As an easier to remember basic idea, tracing the drawing will show this idea.

When dealing with a group of 12 volt batteries andwanting to stay at 12 volts, we want to tie all the positeve post together with cables, all the negaitve posts together and that makes 2,3,4 single batteries act like one very large battery and we then connect the rest of the RV to that large battery much the same as if we only had one battery!

If no cables have been changed it is standard for the red cables to go to positive and black cables to ground and negative posts. Be aware that as RV get older, some owners don't bother with getting the right colors as they replace cables and that can mess with your mind!
