We just returned from the WIT Rally and there was a Kwikee rep there. He suggested that we email him at the address on the "contact" us link. We did and it wouldn't go through so we sent it to
[email protected] We had a prompt response. I would suggest that you 1) tell them exactly what you need and 2) ask them to forward it to tech support as that link doesn't seem to work! We were told at the rally that they would be improving the website and also looking into the possibility of allowing direct sales to the consumer. The problem is that they are a small company and don't have a staff sufficient to handle the huge number of inqueries they get every day. We wanted to purchase new battery trays and rollers. Our dealer was able to get the rollers for us, but said the trays weren't available. The rep had us measure the inside and outside measurements and send them so that they could match the tray.
