LCI leveling system leaks

In the center of the picture is a nut with red hydraulic fluid on it. On the top of the nut is an Allen head screw or bolt. I have a leak between the Allen head and the bolt when operating the jacks. What does this apparatus do and is it a simple matter of tightening the Allen head to get it to quit leaking?
