Have a Minnie plus 27bhss, and need to remove the lens cover from the main cabin lights to change the bulbs. Don't want to damage the cover by not removing them correctly, so...
The lens is rectangular with small tabs near the ends on the long side. One of the tabs appears that perhaps a small screwdriver would fit in the slot, but not the other 3 tabs. Any help would be much appreciated.
Often a case of tabs which giving it a good squeeze at the correct points will let the tabs clear. Downside is that this plastic tends to get brittle over time and it may not be possible to do the job gently enough to avoid popping something off.
Don't know what your thinking but I like changing out all the bulbs to LED as they give far more light and far less heat. That lower heat also makes the lens last longer!
