Manifold bolts in V10 2011 Winnebago Access

So I have 5 missing. All in a great easy access area. I’ve taken good photos of each hole and can see threads. Can I assume the bolts unthreaded themselves out over time? The others look great.

If it were me, I would check very carefully for any exhaust manifold cracks. You may also have blown-out the exhaust manifold gasket, but fortunately those are pretty easy to replace, if needed. I guess get five more bolts, and make sure all the other bolts are on tightly.
Good luck, Eagle5

... one more thing ...
I have seen Never Seize used on exhaust manifold bolts, and perhaps your exhaust manifold was repaired and a liberal amount of Never Seize was used. I believe in that case, five of them might have walked-out.
