Motor won't turn over 2004 Adventurer 35U

Hello all, I have a 04 Winnie Adventurer 35U and can't the motor to turn over. the battery went bad so I replaced it and it started up. It sat for a while again maybe a month I made sure the battery was charged and tried starting and I can't get it to turn over. I hear it clicking (sounds like back by the batter) but it won't turn over at all. Any suggestions?

The clicking is the starter solenoid, which means it works.
Check both battery cable ends are clean with tight connections. Also check them for high internal resistance.
Perhaps you have a faulty battery, have it load tested by whomever sold it to you. A load test must be performed on a fully-charged battery that has rested for 1 hr.after charging.

Thanks I guess I will have to do that it is fully charged and holds that charge but I guess it could be bad. connections are good.

I agree the clicking is most likely the solenoid contacts closing. What this often means is that the big lug on the solenoid is getting "some" 12vDc and closes the contacts! But then when it needs big power to turn the engine, there is not enough to do the big job. Often it will give repeated click, fall off as the power is gone, then click again over and over until the battery is used enough to not be able to move and click the solenoid.
One big one for this is dirty/corroded cables from the battery to the solenoid.
A low battery will certainly do this but if you have tested the battery and KNOW it is good, there are other things like dirty negative cable. The connection at the battery is one we think about but there is a connection at the other end where it often connects to the frame for ground and it is easy to forget that is just as important as the hot side!
Maybe hiding down behind the battery where it is out of sight, so we forget it?
If you push the dash switch, often called "aux start" boost, etc. it should connect the coach and chassis batteries together, so perhaps worth a try to see if that makes it turn over?
If pushing the stich to connect other batteries with the starting, that really does say, there is a problem with the start battery not holding a charge OR that charge can't get to the solenoid due to dirty cables.

It is always possible the contacts in the starter solenoid are bad but that is not where I would go first.

Dirty cables can really look like bad batteries, so this sounds like a real suspect!
