Need windshield rust repair in east

A few months ago, my 2007 Journey had a windshield leak which was supposed to be repaired including rust remediation. All was well for a couple months but now the leak has returned. I have also noticed recently some rust particles on the dash after driving. All roof seals are good as are the running lights.

I am currently visiting family in south central PA and unable to find someone to correctly repair the windshield. I have been told over and over "we don't do that". I read on another post someone had Duncan Systems in IN do the repair, but I got the same we don't do that from them. Before I drive to Iowa to have this fixed can anyone recommend a repair facility in the east including OH, IN or other nearby states?

1989 Winnebago Need help to remove oil filter but I have Square bolt I need special tool to remove oil filter

I had ITG Glass Company in Hershey replace our windshield last year. They mentioned that Winnebago's are notorious for rusting windshield frames and that if I had rust issues I would need to find a body shop to correct the rust issue before they could replace the windshield. Mine was new so fortunately no rust issues. My chassis was getting serviced at Mcguire Ford also in Hershey. Apparently their body shop could have helped with the rust abatement.
