I have this bulletin that says many manufacturers failed to re-locate the connector , from Fords shipping placement to an accessible spot on the dash after they installed one. So yours may be hidden.

It would be helpful if you said what chassis you have, to save us having to look up your coach to understand what you have under it.

It is probably on the right side of the steering column below the dash.

It's there on one side or the other of the Column. Often difficult to find. May have a cap on it, could be tied or tucked up in a bundle of wires. On our Pace Arrow I ended up removing a plastic panel under the steering column to find it. Once found I could connect / disconnect without removing the panel.

Feel free to re-locate the connector to a visible location; it's what Winne should have done.
