Paddle Shifters Stuck in 2023 View

We just bought a 2023 View. On this last trip my husband used the paddle shifters (he has used them before) and they both are stuck in the 'up' position. Any suggestions on what to do? We are also having a heck of a time trying to figure out all this new electronic stuff. Our Sprinter book is so confusing it just wants to deal with the Sprinter vans. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

You need to realize that your View is two things. It’s a Sprinter made by Mercedes AND a motorhome made by Winnebago.

So, yeah the Sprinter manual “just wants to deal with the Sprinter vans.” But you should also have a briefcase with the Winnebago Operator’s Manual inside.

You might check with a forum that is specifically centered on Sprinter vans to learn more about the panel shifters.
