I have the latest version of Adobe, Windows 7, and have downloaded the 2D/3D viewer. When I enter the VIN, all I get is the build date for my unit. The error messages make no sense. Any suggestions?
Is there any way to get rid of that "related searches" dropdown? The only thing it does is slow things down!

There is a new catalog being created according to Winnebago. The one you are trying to download is from 2008. I have no idea when the new one will be published. So many chances and new stuff is on the coaches since '08.

FinhawkWhich web browser are you using. I have it working on my desktop, window 7 using explorer 11. Cannot get the frames to rotate on my laptop, same setup.

The last time I also could not download the file from WBO. Go to Lichtsinn's copy here (it worked for me):

Click on the red "Service Parts list" to the lower left. Then select your year and model then the last 5 of the ser#

That works. Clicking on the year above the red "Service Parts List" and then on the resulting list of models (in black) doesn't work for me either.

Looks like the Lichtsinn link won't work on Windows 8 or 8.1.

5. select (I'D just like to download a manual or diagram)
6. select the red (Service Parts List)
7. Select Model Year
8. Enter the last 5 digits of the Winnebago Industries

I hate for you to give up. It is very cool. Did you download JT2GO? I am using internet explorer 11. Which internet browser are you using? I originally called Winnebago for support and they were very helpful. Took a bit to get them on the phone but it was worth it.

is what I get to. Used IE and Firefox and got the same blank page. Even installed the 3D viewers in 32 and 64 bit versions.

That last step is very important in that we enter the last 5 digits of the Winnebago Industries Serial Number as you say, and not the last 5 digits of the VIN. Mine has always worked just fine. Windows 7, Firefox, JT2GO.

I have Windows 8.1. That may be the issue. I followed the steps Jessey prescribe and got a big blank page with a little box at the top left of the blank space telling me my coach info. "Almost" only counts in horseshoes and nuclear warfare. ugh
