Passenger side slide not extending - Vectra 40FD

Hello all, I've got 2006 Vectra 40FD that's in overall good to great condition, but the passenger side slide room will not extend and it's frustrating not to have the full living room

Here are the details and things tried. Hopefully someone can help remotely identify the likely culprit for us to track down the root cause.

All HWH components
Jacks work great...autolevel and adjustments all work
Driver's side LR slide works great
Both rear BR slides work great
Travel locks disengaged fine
Pushing on the In or Out side of the slide button causes the motor to run; same exact noise as when the driver's side slide is actuate; passenger slide just does not budge
Tried having two gents push on the outermost edges of the slide from the inside
Looked at the two cynlinders mounted to the chassis frame behind the driver's slide and don't see leaks on any of the cylinders or lines or on the ground

Thoughts?

If the motor/pump makes noise when pressing the button, are there still some relays somewhere that could keep the slide from moving?

Thank in advance!

-Patrick

In case anyone finds this post in the future and has a similar issue, it was easily resolved after finding one of the spade connectors that provide power to the slide lockout had come loose.

Thanks for describing the solution, but can you give us a little more information on where this "spade connector" is located? ...And what is a "slide lockout?"
