Power Steering Fluid in 2005 Winnebago Voyage

I have a 2005 Winnebago Voyage, I'm wondering if the power steering fluid is part of the hydraulic fluid. I was relocating it the other day with many small advances with sharp turns. As this was being done there was a lot of noise when I would turn the steering wheel which led me to think it was low on power steering fluid. I purchased some fluid but could not find a reservoir that held steering fluid. Upon more investigating I learned that there may not be a separate reservoir, can anyone advise me on this? Thanks for any help that can be given.

Basic ideas may help.
The RV builder buys a "stripped chassis" from ford, etc. and that chassis has the basic things that most nay truck would have. Then they build the RV on top! So most certainly the chassis will have had steering but not jacks!
There is a jack hydraulic tank shown just behind the front wheel. NOT involved in steering but it does need an occasional check and topping off the fluid to keep the jacks working right.

The steering is likely to also have a tank/reservoir of some type but more likely out front under the hood. Are you familiar with the brake fluid reservoir? Not to be confused with that but a different one still.

We don't know which chassis you have, Ford or Workhorse, so there will likely be slightly different shapes and locations but I did a search for Ford power steering and got several videos showing the power steering on an F150 pickup that gives some ideas of how to find the power steering and hoses.
Basic idea is that there will be a pump driven by the fan belts. from that pump there will be a rubber hose to the reservoir for fluid! Fluid is likely to just run downhill to the pump, so start with looking high under the hood.
Good chance there is some info on the tank as to whether it is power steering or power brakes! Jacks will be underneath the RV by the wheel.

I don't know Workhorse as never had one but I think it will be the same but different shapes. One of the big points on RV work is that we get drawings and info for the body they build but then there should have been a chassis owners manual for the truck part of the RV.
Those often get lost, etc as time goes on, so I might think looking for a manual for the year and type of chassis you have would be a god start as it will be needed for lots of the other things like brakes and any other work you need to do on the truck portion.

But for a quick look under the hood, it might be worthwhile to look at the fan belts and find a pump that they turn. There are few parts on those belts, so it is NOT the alternator that has wires, NOT the water pump with the big radiator hoses, so when you find one that the belts turn and it has lubes running out of it, THAT is likely to be the power steering pump!
It may have a cap with direction for what fluid to use, but I've never looked at one, so that is a guess!
Manuals are great if you have one or can find one online!

Doesn't the GM/workhorse chassis have a hydroboost system for the power brakes? If I'm right, the power steering unit supplies fluid pressure to the hydroboost unit.
Your question should already have an answer in the Workhorse forum of irv2.com as it is much larger than winneowners.com
