Rekeying my 2016 Sunstar LX27N

I'd like to rekey the exterior cabinet locks and front door on my Sunstar LX 27N. The exterior cabinets and locks don't look anything like what I've seen on various manufacturers web pages. The actual lock is in the round portion of the latch between my fingers in the picture below and I can't see a way to take it apart. When you take off the white inside cover, you see the second image below. I can't even figure out how these come apart. If you've rekeyed your 2016 Sunstar LX 27N, your advice would be beneficial.
