Replacing Windshield Wiper Arms
Has anyone replaced your pantograph wiper arm on your motor home? One of mine broke so I want to replace both. Problem is trying to find a replacement. I found them on one site that ended up being a scam so I am leery about ordering through a website I am unfamiliar with. Amazon doesn't have and Winnebago doesn't have them anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Part # is 117769-01-000.

Did you do a search on 28 pantograph wiper arm?
Google shows several hits on it, including Amazon. Take a look and see if they compare favorably.
Let us know...

You didn't mention the age of your Winnebago. I have a 2016 Winnebago Vista and purchased replacement wiper blades from an authorized Winnebago dealer and they didn't fit properly. I called Winnebago and purchased the correct replacements from them. They work perfectly.

Same here. They “fit” but not great. One flew off last week and I was lucky to shut em off before the arm scratched the window.

Just take the old one to your local truck parts store and match up the fittings. You may have to cut the sliding parts to adjust the length but they were a pretty simple and standard design made up from parts common to many other trucks/buses.
How specifically are they broken? Many times the aluminum parts can be brazed with the Aluminum Welding/Brazing Rod from Harbor Freight, Home Depot, etc using a common propane torch. The rivets and pins can also be fairly easy to replace too.

Solution found
A quick update for those of you who have searched for wiper arm support studs PN 117768-01-000. This has been discontinued, there are no aftermarket replacements and people alternately try to use another purpose made part that doesn't fit or have replacements custom machined, A very expensive proposition.
I bought a pack of (5) 40mm threaded hex rods on amazon for about $6. I went to the hardware store and bought 4 stainless machine screws, 2 lock nuts and 2 thin spacer washers. I put the lock washers inside of the nose and used red thread locker on the outside screw so I could leave them a TINY bit loose to allow the arms to pivot but preventing them from ever loosening up. As you can see from the pictures, it was a near perfect setup and cost me about $5.50 each. Hopefully this will help someone else as I had contemplated replacing my badly rusted but couldn't find the parts. I didn't hit on the idea until I pulled the first one off and took a good look at what needed to be done. See pics blow.
Hope this helps someone and good luck! YMMV
