RV Comfort ZC issue
I am having an issue with the RV Comfort ZC thermostat and need advice. It is currently using 2 zones. Zone 2 functions fine controlling the furnace (unknown manufacturer), but when I switch to zone 1, the furnace does not come on. If I switch to the the heat pump, it does work as designed. I have tried the following remedies, but no luck:
1. Make sure temp set point is above ambient temp.
2. Remove power from thermostat, including fuse removal.
3. Re-program thermostat
Could it possibly be a defective thermostat, or should I be checking something else?

Yes, set to gas heat and no luck. Like I said earlier, it does work the roof top heat pump as designed.

vegas1, is this a new issue? On late model Suncruiser/Adventurer models the gas furnace only operators on Zone 1.
Living RM Zone 1 - Gas Furnace, Front AC and front electric heat (Heat Pump)
Bedroom Zone 2 - Rear AC and Rear electric heat (Heat Pump)

Mine runs similar to grtharris.
There is probably a way to reverse your zone lead, but I don't know how.

While I trust your helpful advice, I studied the Owners Manual again and it says nothing about the gas heat only working on one zone. According to what I read, all the functions should work on both zones. Right now, I just have gas heat running on the zone that controls the rear of the coach and there is nothing coming out of the heat registers in the living room/galley.

This coach is new to me since I have owned it for less than a week. This issue was discovered while familiarizing myself with the systems. I assumed there was a problem that needs to be corrected.

I am surprised no heat coming out of the front floor registers. Unless you have a second lp furnace heat should be coming out of all the floor registers.
Something is definitely out of kilter.

You guys were absolutely correct! I am lucky enough to have a WBGO dealer and authorized service center 3 miles from my house. I took a ride there and spoke with the lead tech regarding this. He told me that because there is only 1 furnace in the rear, it will only work on one zone. The duct work travels from the rear to the front, providing heat throughout. He told me that some owners install dampers to provide more heat to the front. I was just so used to hearing the blower on both zones in my previous rig, I guess I was expecting the same. When I got home, I fired up the furnace and can feel heat coming out of the front registers, it's just not blowing out. It is also currently 38 degrees outside which I suppose it may affect it.
Thank you again for your responses, as I am still learning the systems!

vegas1, just for future reference here is a drawing of your floor furnace system. The floor duct runs from the back all the way to the front.
Also the furnace has two speeds, depending on the amount of temperature offset from set point.
