Well, just as a motivator, I am a 5'2" woman in the 50-70 year old age range
, and I removed and replaced the gasket on our AC by myself.
Just like TXiceman, I didn't lift it, I rolled it up on its side: But to be fair, being up on a roof doesn't bother me. I'd think that was more of an issue than the weight of the AC.
