There is a thin "plastic film" type thing which acts as the face of the buttons and lights on the board, then a harder material that the board is made of but that all just snaps into the black plastic that has been screwed to the dash. I played with your picture in case you know the thumb!
But I believe the only thing holding that small board in the plastic is the tab I marked on my picture and where I think it is on yours. If I press up slightly on the board while pulling out at the bottom corner, the edge is just kind of resting on the plastic and will tilt straight out from the bottom. All that seems to hold it is the pressure from that little tab (1/8 inch?) at the top center! To put it back, I put the bottom side in, made sure the wire fit into an opening in the plastic and then tilted it back into the hole and pressed down on the tab enough for it to click into place.
I had the beep going and putting my finger over that hole stopped it almost totally !
Just hoping your have the same, cause it sure would be easy!

Wow. Thanks for taking the time to do that for me. Ok, I’ll give that a try. If you’re right, then I need my hearing checked—I hope that’s the case.
I may just desolder that damn buzzer, if it’s in there...
Q. Does your system have a three point or four point leveling system? Mine’s a three—they cheaped out...not surprising after seeing the tank level sensors they employed...

OK I have ripped the entire dash apart again. This time I discovered that the buzzer that you referred to Morich, Is indeed built into the back of the Lippert control panel. That buzzer only goes off if I have a fault which I was able to create today and heard it for the first time. I could describe that as a buzzing tone. The issue that I’m still trying to come to grips with is how to remove the chime sound that happens when a jack is down.
Winnebago told me they did not put one in but clearly clearly they did. Today I used my decibel meter and it’s registering 70 dB and it’s coming from right underneath the steering column. Still, I’ve taken all the cowls off and I see no buzzer and as I mentioned it’s so piercing you can’t locate it. Still trying...

Mine also has an annoying chime. I imagine that it's part of the Lippert system, like on the circuit board as pictured above, but why would Lippert say there isn't one?
Anytime the slides are out or the jacks are down - or the sensor "thinks" the jacks are down, but aren't. Even though the level is full.
I'd love to muffle it. Might be a project this week while camping at the beach!

As Morich pointed out, Lippert has a Buzzer Built into their control box—the one you play with when leveling your coach.
The Chime I’m talking about, comes on as you mentioned, when the jacks are down, and you turn on the ignition key. THAT’S the one that I’m trying to eliminate, so I can charge my starter battery when on shoreline power through the convert/charger.
This chime Comes from somewhere under the steering column area.
Now, UPDATE. I disconnected the wiring harness to the Lippert control board in the center dash—the one mentioned above, and the chime kept right on chiming, so clearly this chime is NOT even connected to the Lippert control board.
So how is it getting it’s information that the jacks are down?
For now, I’m just leaving it chime away, hoping while it sits in my driveway, it’ll give up and break, like so many other things do on their own. I’m trying to wear it out, because it certainly has me worn down, absent any better solution...

I feel lonely in this thread, but someday someone's going to thank this. thread when I figure this chime thing out...
Yesterday, I found a fuse, that when pulled stops the chime when the jacks are down. Now this fuse only stops it when the key is in the first position, if you start the engine, or the key is in the 2nd position, the chime still chimes away.
Fine with me I thought--even perfect! I'll still have the chime if I start the engine and stupidly try and drive off, but I can still charge my starter battery in peace and harmony with no annoying chime!
Only problem? The battery won't charge with the fuse out...
Back to the drawing board...
