Toilet flange 2002 Journey DL

We just purchased this MH. It had a composting toilet installed and we want to go back to a std toilet. I purchased a Dometic 310 to install. I removed the composting toilet and the plywood base that had been built that it was mounted on. The problem I have is the toiled flange is sitting on some sort of spacer about 2" tall by 6" in diameter and the slots in the flange are aligned correctly to mount the new toilet. I've tried to pull the flange up and it won't budge. Does anyone know if they flange mounts direct to the floor and also does it screw in or slide in? I'm also trying to find pics of the water supply set up. The water line was plugged and inside the water compartment. I need a water line that would go from it to a shutoff I assume then to the toilet.
