Trick to Fill Hydraulic Reservoir?

I have the dreaded "popping" sound coming from the leveling jacks when we're parked and they're extended. Lippert recommends removing a quart of fluid and putting in an additive to fix the issue. I found the pump/reservoir behind the driver side front wheel but can't figure out how to get to the cap on the reservoir. There are wires and hoses in the way to the point that I can't even even see or get to the the cap. Is there a trick or method for doing this?

I have seen some type of hand pump used.

We have the popping also but only replaced about a 1/4c. They recommend a qt. now?

Yep, here is the link to the bulletin from Lippert.

I bought the Maxima Fork oil and will give it a try. It is easy to find at a cycle shop and cheaper thaN the Caterpiller fluid. I have a hand pump and plan on using it. I guess I'll have to crawl underneath to get to the cap. Thanks.
