Unique Cabinet Hinge 2014 Meridian 34B

Anyone know where I could find this type hinge? I can't find it online in any of the usual searches.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the flipped photo!

With hard to find items related to Winnebago Lichtsinn RV is the go to place.
https://www.lichtsinn.com/

You might be able to find the part number here which would help with Lichtsinn

I can't get the interactive parts drawing to play nice on that one. It shows the doors closed so I can't get it to show the drawing but there is only one hinge showing in the parts, so we might assume that is the correct number?
Click this snip to see better!

This might/might not be something a local dealer could have or get?

How many cabinets is that in? All of them? I would call Lichtsinn, they have bailed me out of many a tight spot on some oddball parts.

Rich, thanks for that snip (and title mod). I couldn't find that on the interactive parts drawings. Hopefully that part number will turn something up.

As for Lichtsinn RV, I have bought numerous parts from them in the past. I would like to find a local source if possible because of what could be excessive postage for what is likely a dollar part. But if I strike out, I will no doubt send David an email.

Aaron, that hinge is used on all swing-out cabinet doors. Gas struts are used on all swing-up doors.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions, it's much appreciated.

Fred

Rich, that search led me to a couple others that finally gave me names for it. They are called spring or knife hinges.

For future searches, copy and paste the following into a search window.

RV Designer H251 Spring Hinge

Jr Products 70695 Knife/Spring Cabinet

They are not the dollar item I thought they would be however. But you can get them on Amazon with free shipping for Prime members.

Thanks again to all for the help!

I have those on all my cabinets too. They seem so antiquated compared to other home cabinet hinges.

Here’s an Amazon link:

It’s a Youngdale hinge sold in different variations by # ie. 4,5,6 for inset, overlay and such. I have a drawer full of them from way back as a woodworker.

Bam!

I worked in the cabinet industry at a hospital for a few years and recalled seeing those but could not remember the name to save my life.
