Welcome Richard Sunde to irv2.
Question is the bays your talking about the storeage bays under a slide or the actual closets in MH. Lower storage compartments can get water in them because trim strip at floor level was not sealed along seam at floor level outside or rubber seals around compartment doors do not compress enough.
If its inside may have roof seal problems.
Let us know some more info and you will get more info I'm sure.
Opps, the leak is in the two inside the MH beside the bed and inside the cloths closet bays. They are carpeted. I looked outside at night to see if there was any light showing through the slide out seals but none showed. I thought it may have been when the bedroom slide came in the water would run down the side wall but then the floor would be wet and that has not happened. Just can't figure it out. Any ideas???? Thanks
Traveling and enjoying life....

Look along seam where roof of slide meets the face of slide area, may have to stop slide in and outwould movement, and see if that the meeting of two surfaces has sealent on roof and backside of face of slide. Water has been known to stain the fabric on face of slide interior also along this meeting point.
Richard, we also have had that problem. I put lots of containers of Damp Rid in each hole and basically forgot about them for awhile. Rechecked sometime later and the Damp Rid had done it's thing but there was some mold so we Cloroxed the holes like mad and put more Damp Rid in. We then took both of the covers and put large return air type vent covers in them so the holes would get plenty of air, then went hunting for the leak. Never found it but after we Eternabonded the roof seams all seems ok. I guess it was a roof leak from somewhere that ended up fnding it's way to those holes.
Our final plan is to cut out the carpet and waterproof whatever is underneath the carpet after a good wash down with Clorox. I do keep Damp Rid in them both now all the time though.
