Why doesn't the driver's seat....

Why wasn't this posted a long time ago as it would have made me a happy camper. I bought a new Pace Arrow, excuse the brand here, and also noticed the driver seat would not clear steering wheel when rotated. I thought, " what a dum design." After about 6 months and just ignoring it the Light Bulb went on and I moved the seat forward. Walla!!! Oh well.

Isn't it great that we can ask a question on this forum and most times someone will have the answer????
