2013 Voyager Backup Camera Problems

2013 voyager. Tow pickup. Old guy. Old poodles. Younger wife. Rear and side cameras had been working. Rear camera image failed. Has 6 pin (not circular pin arrangement). Original Sony monitor went blue screen but still shows settings. Has D shaped 8 pin connector. Tried Tadibrothers, they say those connectors no longer are supported. The turn cameras function through the radio screen but not the rear camera. I sure need that rear view. Splices, separate rear camera/monitor, any other enlightenment? Thanks fellow warriors! Al

Perhaps give them a call?

have you checked the rear camera wiring?? Good 12+ and clean solid ground connection?
FWIW, over 80% of 12V problems are the result of a poor/missing ground.
