2016 Minnie Winnie wipers only work on high

First post: my apologies if I missed a threat answering this question:

My 2016 Minnie Winnie 25B wipers only work on high and the wiper fluid doesn’t work.

I don’t know for sure if this is a wiper motor issue or something else. It’s a e-350 Ford. I’m not comfortable with the Internet search results I’ve gotten so far. A repair video would be great! We would like to repair this ourselves ~ any help is appreciated!
