2017 ERA 170X light switches not working

Hi All! We just bought a (new to us) 2017 Era 170X. We knew the switches back by the couch/bed weren't working and trying to figure out how to fix them. The switch lights up but won't turn on the lights. The fuses are fine - checked that. I did do a switch panel diagnostic and it show "no comm" for 102 and 112 but now I have no idea how to fix that.
Any help would be great!
