Basement Power Locks

The power locks on the basement doors stopped working, in order to get them to lock, I had to manually disconnect the rod's from the locks.

I cannot find out what the problem is, the switch's work, the relays have power. I can't figure out how or what is in between the switch by the door and the relays under the driver seat. Also the relays don't activate the locks either so I really have two problems, the wiring diagram sucks and yes I now how to read it.


Any help is greatly appreciated.
