Can someone help me ID this connector?

There is one located under the dash on both passenger and drivers sides.

Aha! That makes sense. The PO installed aftermarket upgraded side mirrors that do, indeed, have built in side cameras although I do not know if they were ever connected as such.

Funny looking plug

It looks to me like a portable solar connector . Do you have any solar panels? Take a volt meter and see if you get 12 volts if you do your all set up for a portable solar array.

That is the connector for additional cameras. Not even heavy enough for solar.
