Dim Ceiling Lights 2019 Forza 38F

2019 Forza 38F, today had one set (4lights ) in the lounge area are noticeably dimmer than the other ceiling lights . Galley , dining , hall , bedroom and both baths are fine . My coach is not equipped with dimmer switches . All lights are controlled by firefly electronics . Anyone have any ideas, guess I should remove a bulb and check for voltage first. John

This may be a tough one, due to lack of really good info on wiring and the Firefly electronics.
Maybe some questions and info may lead somewhere?
Can you tell us if these four lights are all on the same firefly? Looking at the limited info we have online, does this specific firefly let you set how much dimming is done?
Where this is leading me is that it might be something in the firefly controls rather than the normal dimming created by low voltage when we deal with incandescent.

I had to do some looking at how dimming is done on LED and it leads me to think this may be a case where we don't have enough training as well as equipment to do a good job sorting the issue!
That might lead me to try replacing the control, even though it may be an expensive answer.

But that idea is based on guessing at the above questions, so may be way off the mark!

You might try holding the 'on' switch in and seeing if the lights brighten - the Firefly system does include some not well known capabilities ...

Roam 2 sir , you are the man ! Kind of embarrassing I have to have someone else tell me what features I have in a coach I have owned for 4 years. Yes holding the button does indeed dim the lights , or in this case brighten them. Thanks again for the info

Regards John
