I just removed our front TV and replaced it with a 40" LCD TV. The hardest part was getting the old TV out with the wife and I lifting it out of the enclosure. I built some 2x4 braces to mount the new TV on a cantilever mount and it looks GREAT. Now I just need to figure out how to secure it for when we are traveling. And yes, the 40" TV is a little big, but we rapidly got used to it.
