Yes, two blue wires . . . if the fuses are any good.

If the furnace has failed to start 3 times, it needs to be reset. This is done by turning it off, waiting 20-30 seconds, then turning on again. Opening up the outside access door is needed to check for 12 v at the furnace. This would be next step after trying to see if thermostat is able to run A/C. It might be bad on the heat section, but checking for power at furnace needs to be done.
Since we are talking about a 2012 unit, it is very possible it has 12 v circuit breakers instead of fuses.

If you take the heater access panel off, I'd check to make sure the fan turns by hand.
Next check the connector at the board for 12v. Take the connector off and spray with cleaner. You could check to see you have power to the board.
If in doubt find a mobile tech who check you're heater.

muddcatt, just to check you are using the front thermostat for heat? I woke up the first night we had our motorhome quiet cold because I set zone 1 heat off and set zone 2 heat on and our heater only runs from zone 1.

Update on the furnace problem. I deeply appreciate all the helpful comments about our furnace woes. Took it to Camping World after all else failed, and the motors, fan and furnace are blown. Thank goodness for the extended warranty. This unit is not even 2 years yet. We have had a bad hydrollic cylinder, now this furnace problem. My advice to anyone looking to buy a new RV get the extended warranty!

Where are they? The books we have do not show fuses. I hope this is something simple. Just hate to drive it to a service dept. when it may be something easy! Any info would be much appreciated.

What do you mean fan and furnace motors? There is only one motor on a furnace.

By furnace do you mean the heat exchanger?

Furnace is the WHOLE unit. All components that work together to create heat.
Blower can be the blower wheels (there are two), or the blower motor.

Seems strange the motor would fail so soon but anything can happen.
Good luck.

I call BS on Camping World. There is NO WAY that it needs that many pieces. They are just throwing parts at it at the expense of the warranty company.
I would find a repair center that knows what the hell they are talking about or looking at.
With the fact that the fan doesn't run, I would suspect the board it bad.
Run from that Camping World, don't walk.
Motors, fan and furnace?? The fan is mounted to the one and only one motor.

14 year old furnace still works great
It is hard to believe that the entire unit MUST be replace. As Stated - they are just throwing parts at it. the board has a fuse at the least and the most to make the fan motor (only one motor) is either replace the control board or the fan motor. Every time I stop a CW I am amazed at what they don't have in stock and the prices they try to charge for what they want to sell.
I stay away from that place. IMHO there are better places to spend my money and get repairs.
