Green wires under dashboard? 1998 Sunrise SE 29WQ

I bought my 1998 Winnebago Sunrise SE 29WQ a month ago and while cleaning, I noticed 2 green wires underneath my dashboard (under steering wheel) that are not connected to anything. How do I figure out what they should be connected to?

Greetings Jacksonpa,
Do the green wires have a wire ID printed upon them?

IF they are Winnebago wires, they should be labeled with ID.

When finding ID on small Winn. wires, we can decode the "from" and "to" using this chart:

Wires added by chassis builders will not match for this, nor is Winnebago likely to have info on those wires.
