I don't work with the trailer group much and there is hardly any info online for actuall research but there is hope!
This seems to be a common issue for many trailers as there are hidden breakers under the front where they are in weather but out of sight!

Take a peek like you were laying on the ground looking up at the propane tanks?
If you spot a bunch of connections, some of them are likely to be a variety of breakers
or just connections which get corroded.

If it's corroded and dirty, a "shotgun" method may be to just clean them all as possibly work out a way to protect them from the weather?

There may be others who watch the trailer group more who can point you to a number of older postings about the problem but this may give you a start?

I found one post for location and possible start?

That is about as good advice as I've seen.
