Inverter "Bells?" 2007 Aspect 26A

Do inverters have, like, bells in them? It sounds like ours rings (like a school bell) when we start up or turn off our generator. Is that normal? Does it mean something?

Editing to add it's a small 300-Watt inverter that only powers the outlets for the TV and DVD player.

First question: Your 2007 Aspect 26A has an inverter? I ask because that's unusual for early 2000's RVs.

Indeed it does.

What brand is it, and how large (wattage) is it.

Did you or a previous owner install it?

As to having "bells" mine has beeps but usually only for errors or when there's a problem such as an overload or a low battery cutoff.

UPDATE: I stopped being lazy and looked it up. Your 2007 Aspect does have a small 300w inverter to operate the main TV and DVD player outlets.

As to why yours sounds like "Bells" I'm sorry to say I don't know.

Sorry I have no idea.

Previous owner, or Winnebago itself.

This is a bell, like a physical bell. Not an electronic beep sound.

Yes, that is all it powers - the TV and DVD player.

One way to find if it is the inverter making an odd noise is to disconnect it for trial!
That may be easy if you click the breaker off that powers it!
Click this snip to see better.

Looks like a 300 watt that powers a front TV?

Note that the outlet right on top of the inverter is really looking at the outside outlet, not one on top of the inverter. Just the way it is drawn here!

It's not really a question of what's making the bell ringing noise. It's definitely the inverter. I am hoping to find out if the sound is normal and/or what it means.
