Hello, I noticed my black box Dimensions Inverter green light signaling it's on is not lit. I have tested the power wall receptacle and is live. So the inverter is getting power. We have a Winnebago 2007 33t. We know very little about inverters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.,Frankie

Hello, I was able to call Dimensions who made our Inverter and ask them about the problem. Which they answered on the spot. Our manual also had some test procedures we read if we wanted to test our ourselves. They were easy. I hope this helps.
Our magnum inverter in 2013 Journey 36M now reads the status 7 instead of the normal,i.e.status absorb, status invert,and status float.The inverter appears to be working just unable to get the normal messaging.
I found the best way to fix a inverter problem is to call the tach at the manufacturer. They all have people to answer your questions. Hope this helps.
