Jensen AVM 968 Hiss

New to me 15 Cambria 26k with a Jensen AVW968 mounted in rear compartment to power the outdoor speakers. When syncing BT to my phone, I noticed a loud hiss/white noise when I turned up volume post sync. the hiss is still there while playing music. Anyone ever have this problem? and what did you do to solve the problem?

Have you tried turning down the radio volume and conversely raising the volume on the synced phone.

On Bluetooth the phone volume effects the sound that the radio amplifies.

I always max out phone volume and adjust radio to suit. That 6 Watts of power can be earth rumbling.
