LED Interior Lights in 2020 Forza

We bought our new coach about a month ago, and came to it after 8 years of owning a 50 foot boat. The light fixtures in our boat had incandescent bulbs, many of which I converted to LED with a simple bulb replacement. Our coach has all LED lights, and we think many of them are "too bright and too blue".

The manual says that some are "dimmable", but only in a marginal fashion, IMHO. I'd really like to change some of them out to be "warmer and dimmer", but cannot seem to figure out how to get to the bulbs.

Anyone had any luck with that?

Do you have a photo of your bulbs that you can share?

No photo, sorry. What I'm trying to figure out is if the "standard" puck light fixtures even HAVE an accessible bulb. I cannot seem to see an easy way to get them open.
