In the past two years we've seen new travel trailers and motorhomes with lots more solar, bigger inverters and 320ah LIthionics LFP batteries. All the better for off-grid camping.
These have been super popular and flying off of dealer lots. So, suppiers and Winnebago seem to have gotten the word on MOOORRR Power.
At the Grand National Rally this week Winnebago introduced the Solis Pocket 36B a Class B Van on the Ram Promaster chassis. This new model is available with the EcoFlow system
with a whopping 5,000w of LFP batteries and 190w of solar panels.
Winnebago inverter supplier Xantrax has just announced a major expansion offering the Freedom eGen "system". The eGen line has a complete line of LFP batteries in sizes from 110ah to 410ah, Solar panels in 3-sizes, new larger Inverter/chargers and even secondary alternator regulators for battery charging.
With all of these systems combined into the eGen package there is no need for Winnebago to combine 3-different companies, i.e. GoPower, Xantrax, and Lithionics that make up the power system in current models. They can just add one Xantrax Freedom eGen complete system.
It seems Winnebago and other RV makers are all about making Off-Grid camping not only easy but fully electric at the same time.
