Most of my 12v lights aren't working!

Only a couple of my 12v lights are working in my 97 Vectra Grand Tour. 1 sconce over the couch works, the driver's light works, the light over the dining table works. Most of the low profile lights in the closets and belly bays work, but not the sconces in the bedroom, the 2nd light over the couch, the passenger's light and a few others. It's not the bulbs. Any suggestions?

You most likely have corrosion on the ground attachment point. Look for a place on the frame where multiple white wires are attached. It is usually somewhere near the electrical panel.

Also check (and reset) breakers.
